''Write your own experience here.''
I've only used 3-MeO-PCP a handful of times, but it instantly became one of the most unique drugs I've ever experienced.
The closest comparison I can make is a high dose of ketamine combined with a clean stimulant. The dissociation is deep, but unlike ketamine I never felt completely sedated. Instead, I felt awake, inspired and strangely capable, as if I were in a lucid dream. The visuals were also beautiful. There were noticeable distortions and mild hallucinations, but none of them felt threatening or uncomfortable. If anything, they added to the dream-like atmosphere of the experience.

I've only done this a couple of times but it is genuinely amazing. Definitely the most unique drug I've tried. Feels similar to really high dose ketamine with a stimulant. A lot of visual distortions and mild hallucinations although those were not scary or off-putting at all, they were actually very enjoyable and beautiful. You really gotta be careful with the dosing, I've only wheighed once and every other time eyeballed it but DON'T!! This is extremely potent and is known for causing psychosis, if you push things too far you WILL have problems. Also I'd advise to not mix this with any other substance, A friend of mine once combined this with LSD, weed and MDMDA and he ran out of his house screaming and since he was on PCP and fighting back they needed 6 cops to finally arrest him. PCP and it's analogues are amazing, but don't play with them.
The biggest thing I want to stress is the potency. A few milligrams can completely change the experience, and pushing the dose too far can become genuinely dangerous. I strongly recommend weighing every dose accurately. I only measured my dose once and eyeballed it the other times, but I absolutely do not recommend doing that.
3-MeO-PCP also has a well-earned reputation for causing mania and psychosis when abused. I personally know someone who combined it with LSD, cannabis and MDMA, experienced a severe psychotic episode and ultimately required multiple police officers to restrain him. Stories like that aren't uncommon with PCP analogues.
For experienced users who respect the dosage, I think 3-MeO-PCP is an amazing substance. For inexperienced users or people who tend to push their limits, it's one of the easiest ways to get traumatized for life.

3-MeO-PCP

Overview

3-Methoxyphencyclidine (3-MeO-PCP) is a synthetic arylcyclohexylamine dissociative related to phencyclidine (PCP). It is known for producing dissociation, stimulation, mood elevation and a distinctive sense of mental clarity that differs from many other dissociatives.

Unlike ketamine, which is often sedating and immersive, 3-MeO-PCP tends to remain functional at lower doses while still producing strong cognitive changes. Many users report increased confidence, reduced anxiety and an elevated mood, though higher doses can rapidly become confusing and lead to impaired judgement or manic behaviour.

Its long duration and potency mean that careful dosing is particularly important, as effects can continue long after the primary experience feels like it has ended.

My Review

Overall Experience

What I Enjoyed

  • Intense dissociation
  • Very nice stimulation, quite functional
  • Duration. I hate how ketamine lasts 30-45 minutes, I like being dissociated for hours.

What I Didn't Enjoy

  • Paranoia - I never got that paranoid of this, either way I enjoy being paranoid and I'm schizophrenic I'm always paranoid. But I'm putting it here cause most of yall probably don't like tweaking

Would I Use It Again?

Tips & Harm Reduction

Practical Tips

  • Always weigh doses with a high-quality milligram scale.
  • Wait several hours before considering a redose.
  • Lower doses can feel deceptively functional despite noticeable impairment.
  • Plan for the experience to last much longer than ketamine.

Harm Reduction

  • Avoid frequent redosing.
  • Avoid driving or operating machinery.
  • Be cautious when combining with other dissociatives or stimulants.
  • Ensure you have adequate time for rest after the experience.
