3-Me-PCPy
Overview
3-Me-PCPy (3-Methyl-PCPy) is a synthetic arylcyclohexylamine dissociative closely related to PCP and other PCP analogues. Unlike many dissociatives, it also possesses stimulant properties through inhibition of the dopamine, norepinephrine and serotonin transporters (SNDRI), giving it a distinctly energetic character alongside its dissociative effects.
Compared to ketamine, 3-Me-PCPy is generally less sedating and considerably more stimulating. Lower doses may feel surprisingly functional despite noticeable cognitive changes, while higher doses can become intensely dissociative, manic and physically stimulating. The combination of stimulation and dissociation can make it deceptively easy to continue dosing for longer than intended.
Due to its potency and relatively limited human experience compared to more established dissociatives, careful dosing and allowing sufficient time between doses are especially important.

My Review
Overall Experience
Instantly became one of my favorite dissociatives. It's quite similar to 3-MeO-PCP and regular PCP but it is way more stimulating. It feels like 3-MeO-PCP with Cocaine, there's a lot of dissociation and a lot of stimulation too This is amazing for people like me who love stimulation and dissociation but you need to be very careful with it because due it's potency and stimulating effects it can very easily cause psychotic or manic episodes.
What I Enjoyed
- Stimulation
- Strong Dissociation
- Pain relief
- Tweaky/Erratic behavior
What I Didn't Enjoy
- Occasional spikes of paranoia, especially during the comedown

Tips & Harm Reduction
Practical Tips
- Always measure doses using an accurate milligram scale.
- Start with a low dose, especially if you have no experience with PCP analogues.
- Allow plenty of time before considering a redose, as effects can continue developing.
- Because of its stimulating properties, avoid taking it close to bedtime.
Harm Reduction
- Avoid combining with other dissociatives unless you understand the additional risks.
- Be cautious when combining with stimulants, as this may increase cardiovascular strain.
- Have a trusted sober person present if exploring higher doses.
- Avoid driving, cycling or operating machinery while under the influence.
Related Combinations
