Alcohol + NEP
Overview
Alcohol + NEP is a combination that can feel very different depending on how much of each substance is taken. Small amounts of alcohol may reduce some of NEP's anxiety, while heavier drinking generally leads to feeling physically unwell and can make it difficult to judge your level of intoxication.

My Experience
Overall Experience
Alcohol and NEP were extremely hit or miss for me.
You could drink a bit on NEP and be fine one time, and then the other time you drink on NEP and you feel like you are going to die any moment now. It's very unpredictable and often ends badly so I wouldn't recommend it
What I Enjoyed
- Small amounts of alcohol reduced some anxiety.
- Slightly smoother stimulation.
What I Didn't Enjoy
- Heavier drinking felt horrible.
- Constant feeling that something was wrong physically.
- Poor judgement.
- Not worth the risk.

Tips & Harm Reduction
Practical Tips
- If combining, keep alcohol intake low.
- Avoid hard liquor.
- Stay hydrated.
Harm Reduction
- Alcohol can mask how intoxicated you actually are.
- NEP already increases cardiovascular strain; alcohol may make it harder to recognize when you've had too much.
- Stop if you begin feeling faint, severely nauseous or experience chest pain.
